Your Personal Trainer is Your Key To Success
At ThermoFIT Body, we believe that personal fitness training and long-term accountability are at the heart of a successful fitness program. After signing up for your first consultation, you will be assigned a personal trainer that will structure a diet and exercise program specific to you and your health goals. This trainer will then hold regular meetings with you to provide you with encouragement, advice, as well as accountability. Delynn Garrett
Delynn is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a Group Fitness Instructor, and is ISSA Fitness Nutrition Certified. She has a passion for health and fitness. She enjoys helping others of all fitness levels obtain sustainable results. With a Bachelor’s in Nursing, she has broad clinical experience that she draws upon for unique situations. She is also a former collegiate athlete and natural figure competitor. She is a wife and mother of three.


Omar Moreno
Omar is a competitive bodybuilder and soccer player. He holds three 1st place awards with the NGA and is an NPC Nationally qualified athlete. His passion for wellness began shortly after embarking on a journey to help his father lower his cholesterol without insane restrictions. Omar focuses on fat loss, lifestyle, and overall wellness.
Maria Moreno
Maria is a competitive bodybuilder who has competed both in NGA and NPC bodybuilding. Her passion began when her brother first introduced her to competitive fitness in 2014.
She is passionate about empowering both men and women to grow mentally, spiritually, and physically. She believes it starts from a healthy mindset — healing from the inside out.


Marianne Sharp
Marianne is passionate about living life to the fullest and knows how to use proper nutrition and exercise to be ready and able to tackle anything life hands you. As a CrossFit L1 Coach, she has worked with individuals at all levels of fitness. She finds it painful to see the same person walk in and out of the gym each day, give the workout their all, only to make little to no progress in acquiring a lean, strong physique. Marianne knows that if they could learn to fuel their body the right way they could reach their aesthetic goals. She also has a Bachelor of Science from the U of U in Psychology and knows how to combine the proper mindset and development of healthy habits to achieve sustainable, long-term success. When she’s not in the gym she is mountain biking with her teenage boys, hiking the highest peaks in Utah, and wake surfing.
Kelsey Warnock
Kelsey is a Certified Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition. As a new mom to twin boys, she knows firsthand how proper nutrition and fitness can affect a Mom’s life. She specializes in using nutrition and corrective exercise to help women have healthier pregnancies and faster recoveries. At a young age, Kelsey spent nearly 10 years as a competitive gymnast and now continues her passion for fitness by helping others stay fit! When she is not helping people with their health and fitness goals Kelsey loves to play with her boys, spend time outdoors, eat ice cream, and bake delicious cookies!


Sarah Decker
Sarah is passionate, driven, and truly believes that you can do anything you put your mind to. She is a Crossfit certified coach and group fitness instructor. She’s helped countless people achieve their goals and not only become a healthier version of themselves but make changes that are sustainable for life. She loves empowering individuals and will support you every step of the way.
