Porter taught me the proper food combinations. I eat five times a day and have a protein drink at bedtime. Porter taught me how to turn my body into a fat burning machine. Today my body fat percentage is 5.0% and I weigh 175.2 lbs. I lost 31.5 lbs of fat and gained 19.2 lbs of muscle.
End result: At 68 years of age, I am the same weight and physical shape I was as a high school athlete.
